Our Palm Oil is bought from suppliers who source the oil from where responsible sustainable production is maintained.

Why should I use handmade soap, isn't the stuff at the supermarket just as good?  Commercially made soaps are more like detergents and don't retain the natural glycerine like handmade soaps do.  Our handmade soaps are made using only vegetable oils, choosing carefully to not only cleanse but keep your skin hydrated and feeling good. 

I can't use soap because it makes me dry and/or itchy.  I was exactly the same, store bought soap leaves my skin scaly and oh-so-itchy, drove me mad! Once you try handmade soap you will be pleasantly surprised and never return to store-bought again!  If you are still not convinced, email us for a free sample (limited to 1 per household) and see the difference for yourself. 

What We Do:

All our soaps are made in our home with our soaps being made the old-fashioned way using carefully selected oils, butters and botanicals.  We also love to experiment with new ingredients and different fragrances as well as fruit and vegetable juices and pulp!  All our soaps are made in small batches, so you know that love and care has been put into each and every bar of soap. 

At Fresh Cut Soap Co. we have spent alot of time and research into everything we put into our soaps and bath & body products.  We have tried very hard to make sure that you will be 100% happy with your purchase.  Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions about a particular product, do not hestitate to ask, we don't bite........much ;)

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns so please choose carefully and wisely - if you have any known allergies or irritations to any of our products discontinue use immediately.  All ingredients are listed under each products description, we advise you read each products ingredient list prior to purchase.

PAYMENTS AND POSTAGE

Payments

Payments can be made via Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit only.  Bank Details will be included on your invoice via email after your order has been placed. 

International Orders - we accept Paypal only.  Shipping will be calculated based on destination and weight.  Please email us prior to making an order.

Payment is appreciated within 3 business days.  As we are a small run business failure to make payment in this time will result in your order being cancelled and all stock returned to store.  We only produce small amount of our products at a time and do not want to deny another person of missing out on some goodies.  We hope you understand and appreciate this policy.

Postage

Free Postage on orders over $75 (within Australia only)

We are a family run business with 3 young children and as such we cannot always make it to the post office each day.  We always try to get your parcel posted within 24hours of payment clearing.  If you have an urgent parcel that needs delivering please contact us and we will try to accomodate your request. 

During busy periods/holidays we will be posting more often.  Thanks for your understanding.

We DO NOT include a printed invoice of your order unless requested as we like to produce as little waste as possible. 

We charge a flat rate of $10 for Express Mail (Australia only).  By the time we package and send your parcel you will receive your goodies within 4 working days, in most cases less.
