Payments

Payments can be made via Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit only.  Bank Details will be emailed to you after your order has been placed.  Payment is appreciated within 24hrs, if you have any questions about this please email us prior to making an order.

International Orders - we accept Paypal only.  Shipping will be calculated based on destination and weight.  Please email us prior to making an order for a quote.

Postage

Free Postage on orders over $100 (within Australia only)

We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for Express or $13.65 for Registered (Australia only).  This price allows for up to 3kg of product and packaging.  As the soaps are quite heavy, anything over 3 bars must be sent in a 3kg satchel.  If you do however purchase 3 or less bars (or products weighing under 500g) we will send your order in a 500g satchel and refund you the difference in postage.  

By the time we package and send your parcel you will receive your goodies within 4 working days, in most cases less.

We are a family run business with 3 young children and as such we cannot always make it to the post office each day.  We always try to get your parcel posted within 24 hours of payment clearing.  If you have an urgent parcel that needs delivering please contact us and we will try to accomodate your request. 

During busy periods/holidays we will be posting more often.  Thanks for your understanding.

We DO NOT include a printed invoice of your order unless requested as we like to produce as little waste as possible.
